A small tea or coffee service for one person. Made by P. Bastard of Paris and signed by the artist E. Margeris, it features a hand-painted Art Deco design and an unusual shape.
The design house of P.Bastard used fine Limoges China in the 1920s and 1930s and added particularly bold, colorful and often whimsical embellishments. The logo is a stylized duck on the reverse and a cursive signature on the front of the pieces.
