Antique Opaline bronze mounted tazza, Restauration period. A blown opaque glass bowl known as a milky opaline. The opaline is set in a chased ormolu frame on a pedestal. The gilt bronze rim is decorated with a finely chased fleuron motif. It rests on a bronze pedestal and gilt bronze handles.
