A French Melissa scent bottle in translucent white Bulle de Savon opaline glass, dating from the Charles X period. The slender bottle is finely hand-painted with gilded Gothic arches and floral vines and retains its matching stopper.
It is accompanied by its original dark-patinated metal holder in the Gothic Revival style, with architectural tracery and a square pedestal base.
